红太阳餐馆主营大中国近几十年来最受欢迎、最具代表性的湘菜、川菜与粤菜。本店大厨在来英国之前就是中国的知名大厨。在英国餐饮行业享有一定的知名度,并且深受英国著名美食评认家 Jay Rayner 的肯定与欣赏。




他从事餐饮行业30多年来从不崇尚使用味精和色素与食品添加剂。他始终认为:这些对人体有害的物质并不能提升菜的味道,效果反而适得其反;菜品一定要接近自然;保持食物的营养成分与本来味道才是关键!

四川菜是目前中国的四大菜系之一。有一菜一格,百菜百味之说。川菜主要味型有麻辣、香鲜、鱼香、椒麻、酸辣、酸甜、红油等等。
